What a day… Measurements went exceptionally well this morning! Way better than anticipated. Lost inches everywhere and soooooo so close the the 130’s! Finally broke through my 142 plateau!!! An decreased my body fat % by 2.1%. Which means I’m building muscle and losing fat!!! My goal for the end of this challenge is to reach 28%%! Predator was good this morning, seminar covered digestive health. I had a cheat here and there but only because it was measurements day…. I know I shouldn’t seeing as I have been eating poorly all along these past few weeks. I’m in Orlando on a mini vacay with mom. Love that woman!!!!!! So the eating won’t be exemplary this weekend…. Disney, why you no healthy?!? Lol lol k I’ll drink lots of water, try to get some exercise in, and make small healthy choices because I’m determined to see that 139.9 AT LEAST this week ;))) ciiao

Been MIA lately… lots on my mind… swear will write more once I get all the messed up shiiit going on in my head sorted out

I’ve been consistently losing (even if slowly) and finally pushed through my 142lbs plateau… 130’s you can not get here soon enough… I SWEAR!!!!!!

I’ve decided 2 things…. At some point I will be competing at a tri-fitness challenge, and I will be participating on a sprint triathlon

Soooo I’ve been working out super hard this week… Have gone spinning tue, have gone to body works mon & wed, kickbox today, bootcamp at evo fit wed and today, sometimes working out twice a day and the scale is not budging… I think I’m not eating nearly enough calories for the amount I’m burning… sigh… I was hoping for a BIG loss this week.

I got pushed back at work tonight (hopefully will be cancelled) so I can go to bootcamp in the early am

I’ve been pretty good with following my 25 rules :) exceptmy two little cheats I had the other night at work… which included a medium “Men in Black” DD coffee (I honestly forgot about the no caffeine thing) which was absolutely phenomenal!!!!!! SOOO GOOD I want another RIGHT NOW!!! and a big cup reeses peanut butter cup my co-worked brought me I just couldn’t say no to something so thoughtful!

weighing in tomorrow and we’ll see how it goes… not looking good so far :((

Spin…

it killed me! My legs feel like jello!!!

I also made a huuuge batch of chili again. I loved having it in the beginning of the last challenge so I’m glad I made it again. It comes in handy when I’m starrrving, or just come home from the gym, and am too lazy/hungry to cook.

Super Easy Crockpot Turkey Chili
2lbs ground turkey (I cook mine first)
1 can no salt added kidney beans
1 can reduced sodium black beans
1 can hot chili beans
1 can black eyed peas
1/2 onion chopped
1 can organic tomatoes
1 small can tomatoes and green chilis
2 can fulls of water
garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, 1 packet of reduced sodium chili mix
(seasoning to taste)
let all the goodness cook over 4 hours…. YUM!!! Makes a HUGE batch. I always freeze some!!

Time for a nap :) I gotta work tonight!

25 days — 25 rules

Beginning the first phase of 90 day challenge #2 today these are my rules for the next 25 days

1 - Consume alcohol just once (5.18 for cheat meal)

- Only THREE cheat meals (Uncle Julio’s for one, one cheat meal with mom at Disney, ??)

- NO SMOKING!!! Its been 10 days… 25 more days, I CAN TOTALLY DO THIS :)

- Take only ONE rest day/week, even if it means waking up at 4am to work out, sacrificing some sleep time, or just a brisk walk… NO EXCUSES!

5- which means AT LEAST working out 6 (if not more) times a week

- ABSOLUTELY NO white starchy carbs (rice, potatoes, bread, bagels)

- no extra fat and sugar (as in cookies, cake, brownies, donuts, muffins, ice cream, oreos)

- NO CAFFEINE decaf coffee only

- COOK MY MEALS AT HOME (except for days I eat fid foodz)

10- LIMIT TO ALMOST NONE CARBS (and NEVER at night)

- LIMIT TO ALMOST NONE processed junk

- LEAN PROTEINS ONLY!!!

- NO CANDY/CHOCOLATE

- NO SODA, REDBULLS, JUICES

15- DRINK AT LEAST 64oz H2O DAILY

- Take a multivitamin daily

- LIMIT DAIRY INTAKE

- mix alot of fruits/veggies daily

- juice 4xs a week

20- NO FRIED, FATTY foods

- drink at least one glass of tea a day

- take an epsom salt bath weekly

- make some me time time weekly, give myself a pedicure, watch a movie, just hang out, de-stress

- make time to grab some sunshine and rays :))) weekly

25- take the pups for more walks, spend more time snuggling with my fur children!!!!

5/14 only 75 days to go

and somehow I’m still not at it 100%

I had a cheat fest yesterday :(( and indulged in a sandwich, carrots with a shitton of tzaziki, a WHOLE hersheys chocolate bar, fish dip with crackers, TONS of oreos and milk, mcdonalds cookies and 1/2 chicken sandwich.

Today I feel really disappointed in myself… especially because I haven’t been to the gym in 4 days!!! UGHHH work sometimes just sucks the life out of me… and to top it all off I’M STILL SICK!!!!!

No more excuses, no more wallowing in self pity, NO MORE.

It’s time to my ish together.

I’ve decided to break this challenge into 3 “trimesters” per say. 25 days each, with 25 respective goals and rules.

Trimester 1 starts today 5.14 - 6.7
6.8 - 7.3
7.4 - 7.29

UPDATE —> went to total body + abs at the gym :)) worked my tushy off then walked around walmart for over an hour! Ate lots of fruits and veggies and tuna today! I was DYING to get a subway sandwich at walmart but with a little WILLPOWER held back! Motivated to see the 130’s!!!!!

80 days to go…

…until the end of this 90 day challenge version 2.0

After getting super motivated yesterday on tumblr, I decided to go to kettlebells and abs bootcamp… in the rain…

and then zumba at night

and then heavy metal bootcamp this morning :))

I am back in the game baby!!!! I won’t let the fact that nobody has won back to back challenges get in the way of my trying to… if there’s a will, there’s a way and in truth anything is possible.

YOU WANT THIS BAD ENOUGH!!!!! PLEASE DON’T SELL YOURSELF SHORT!!! FIGHT FOR YOUR DREAMS, MAKE THEM A REALITY!!!! BELIEVE IT!!! WHEN YOU CHEAT, YOU’RE JUST CHEATING YOURSELF!!!

PS I peeked at the scale this morning (I know weigh in isn’t until saturday) just for motivation to see a tiny 142.4 —» ummm I haven’t weighed that little since… 2006 —- 6 years ago!!! what better motivation to stick to the plan
